The Role

As a Supply Primary Teacher with CER Education, you’ll work across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 settings, delivering engaging lessons and creating positive learning experiences for pupils.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining continuity of learning
• Creating an engaging, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and positively
• Assessing pupil understanding throughout lessons
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Adapting quickly to different school environments and year groups

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for teachers who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
• Have experience teaching within primary schools
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
• Are adaptable, reliable and confident working in different settings
• Have a passion for helping children achieve their full potential
• Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or are willing to obtain one
