You will need to provide your personal information, education, qualifications, experience, and any relevant certifications. You can provide this information either by applying for a job on our website or by contacting your nearest branch to speak to one of our experienced consultants.

 

We have roles for Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Nursery Staff and roles in SEN.

2. Pre-screen call

 

If you have relevant skills, experience and/or qualifications for the role, one of our recruitment consultants will call you for an informal chat about your preferences and what sort of roles you’re looking for.

3. Documentation and compliance

 

You will receive an email from us with the registration documents we need you to complete. You will be asked to provide the following:

 

 

  • Relevant qualifications:
    • TeachersQTS and relevant education
    • Early Years Educator/Nursery NurseLevel 2 or 3 qualification certificate
    • Teaching Assistant – relevant training qualifications or training certificates including GCSE Maths and English (if held)

 

These documents are crucial for verification and matching you with suitable roles.

4. Zoom/face-to-face interview

 

We will invite you for a zoom or face-to-face interview to complete your registration. This is an opportunity for you to learn about our roles in more detail and for you to share more about your experience and skill set so we can match you with suitable jobs. This process should take less than an hour.

5. Compliance checks

 

After your interview, our compliance team will process your application. We will check your references and other documentation you provide. Please provide clear and accurate information as this will allow us to clear you for work quickly.

6. You’re ready to work!

 

Once all documentation has been submitted, our dedicated team will match your qualifications and preferences with available opportunities. When a suitable job becomes available, we will contact you with details about the role and you’re out to work!
