CER x Skills Network Partnership

 

We’re thrilled to be partnered with The Skills Network, a leading online training provider. Through this collaboration, we offer our candidates access to over 30 Level 2 online training courses designed to help you upskill and reskill in today’s competitive job market.

 

Candidates have access to a wide array of courses including Working with Individuals with and Supporting Individuals with Learning Disabilities, Self-harm and Suicide Awareness and Prevention, Understanding Autism and Awareness of Mental Health Problems.

Candidates registered with CER also gain access to a wide array of CPD and training opportunities, including:

 

Team Teach

The CPD run by CER provides a 24-month nationally- recognised qualification. The main objective of Team-Teach is to develop skills in positive behaviour support including:

•    Verbal and non-verbal communication
•    Diversion & de-escalation
•    Safe & effective interventions

 

Autism Awareness

Autism awareness is a free CPD course that provides strategies and information at an introductory level, which can then be used and applied within a classroom setting.

 

Preparing for the Classroom

The Preparing for the Classroom course is aimed at cover supervisors, NQTs and teachers who have been out of the classroom for a while.
