Pope Francis Catholic Multi Academy Trust was established in 2020 and currently consists of 7 academies and 1 associate member across Sefton and Merseyside. Each of their schools each have a distinctive Catholic identity, with their own ethos.

Their values, inspired by Pope Francis’ ministry and responding to the needs of those who they serve in their schools, are their way of working, learning, serving, and being. They inform their decisions, and guide them in their actions. They are their starting point for their future and their reflections on their past.

Pope Francis Catholic Multi Academy Trust set a strong precedent on recognising that their academies have distinctive differences that sets them apart, while providing the opportunity to share, develop and work collaboratively, to determine best practice.

Inspired by the Gospel and the teachings of Pope Francis, the trust is united in their mission to provide the very best Catholic education that encourages every person to strive, achieve and flourish, mindful of the needs of others, with no one left behind.
