The Role

As an ECT working on supply, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and teaching settings
• Create positive and inclusive learning experiences for pupils
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Gain experience across a range of schools and year groups
• Build your confidence and teaching portfolio while expanding your professional network

What We’re Looking For

We are keen to hear from candidates who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are due to achieve QTS
• Are passionate about teaching and making a difference in children’s lives
• Have strong communication and organisational skills
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Are committed to creating an engaging learning environment
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one
