Job Role – Candidate Care Consultant
Location – Liverpool city centre – L3
Salary – £25,000 – £28,000 ( dependant on experience ) Quarterly Bonus and Career Progression opportunities
As a Candidate Care Consultant, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, interviewing and onboarding education professionals. You will guide candidates through every stage of the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience while maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
Working closely with Recruitment Consultants and the wider branch team, you will support recruitment activities across all education sectors and geographical areas covered by the Liverpool branch.
