We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed ICT Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Newcastle upon Tyne. This full-time role is a fantastic opportunity to bring your creativity and subject knowledge into the classroom – helping students develop the digital skills they’ll use for life.

You’ll be teaching ICT and Computer Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, working as part of a forward-thinking team that values collaboration, innovation, and positive learning experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planning and delivering engaging ICT and Computer Science lessons that motivate and challenge pupils
• Encouraging curiosity, problem-solving, and digital confidence in every student
• Supporting learners of all abilities to achieve their best
• Contributing ideas and energy to a friendly, forward-thinking department
• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom where everyone feels valued

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related subject
• Experience teaching ICT/Computer Science at secondary level
• A genuine passion for technology and education
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
