Pay £100 – £135 per day

Are you studying a Sports Degree or entering your final year and looking to gain hands-on experience working in schools?

CER Education is recruiting Sports Coaches / Sports Support Staff to work across our partner schools in the North East, including primary, secondary, and SEN settings.

This is a brilliant opportunity for anyone considering a future career in teaching, education, coaching, or youth work, offering real classroom and sports coaching experience in a school environment.

What the role involves:

• Supporting PE lessons and delivering sports-based activities
• Working with pupils in small groups or 1:1 support
• Assisting teachers with classroom and outdoor learning
• Encouraging participation, engagement, and positive behaviour
• Gaining experience across a variety of school settings

Who we’re looking for:

• Sports degree students (current or graduating soon)
• Individuals with a passion for sport, fitness, and working with young people
• Confident communicators and positive role models
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and keen to develop experience in education
• No school experience required – full support provided
