DT Teacher

CER are currently recruiting an experienced DT Teacher to support a Secondary School in Bootle. This role is starting in September and represents an ideal role for qualified or newly-qualified DT teachers looking for robust work in a highly committed school environment.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching DT at KS3/KS4
• Strong classroom/behavioural management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging KS3/KS4 DT lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Support the social and emotional development of pupils
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
• Contribute to the wider school community
