We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
* Carpentry Lecturer – Full Time, Belvedere, Kent
* Carpentry Technician – Full Time, Belvedere, Kent
* Skills Coach/Assessor – Carpentry & Property Maintenance – Fulltime, Bromley
As a Carpentry Lecturer, you will deliver engaging and industry-relevant lessons, helping learners develop the practical skills and knowledge required for a successful career within the construction sector.
As a Carpentry Technician, you will support teaching staff and learners in workshop environments, maintaining equipment, preparing resources, and ensuring a safe and effective learning space.
As a Skills Coach/Assessor, you will work closely with apprentices and employers, delivering reviews and workplace assessments while supporting learners throughout their apprenticeship journey in Carpentry and Property Maintenance.
Ideally you will have:
* A relevant teaching, assessing or vocational qualification (depending on the role)
* Industry experience within Carpentry, Joinery, Property Maintenance or a related trade
* Experience working within Further Education or Apprenticeships (desired)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* The ability to motivate and support learners of varying abilities
* A passion for sharing your knowledge and developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople
