CER Education is recruiting Behaviour Support Teaching Assistants to work across primary, secondary and SEN schools throughout Northumberland. We have flexible day-to-day, short-term and long-term opportunities available.

This role is ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Support Assistants, Youth Workers, Sports Coaches or anyone with experience supporting children and young people with additional behavioural or emotional needs.

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred)
• Or have relevant experience working with children and young people in a UK school or similar setting
• Are confident managing behaviour and building positive relationships
• Are patient, resilient and passionate about helping pupils succeed
