• Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive atmosphere
• Support pupils’ academic progress and personal development

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience across Key Stage 2
• A flexible, confident approach and proactive mindset
• Strong classroom management and behaviour skills
