CER is excited to be supporting a vibrant Primary School in Sheffield in recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a role starting in September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming school where creativity, curiosity, and confidence are at the heart of everything they do!
You’ll be supporting teaching and learning across the school, delivering lessons where required, and helping pupils grow academically and personally in a supportive and dynamic environment. 🎨📚✨
🎯 Ideally you will have:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Experience working within a Primary School setting
* A strong understanding of the UK Primary Curriculum
* Confidence in covering lessons and supporting whole-class teaching
* Excellent behaviour management skills
* A passion for making learning fun, engaging, and inclusive
* A nurturing and positive approach to supporting pupils
