CER specialise in securing longer term teaching positions for Early Career Teachers upon the completion of their teacher training. With schools and Multi Academy Trusts in contractual agreements to secure their staff with CER, we are positive that we can offer you opportunities from September.

For the 2025/26 academic year CER have had a 100% success rate of securing longer term positions for ECT’s.

CER can provide rates of pay up to £170 per day for Early Career Teachers and even provide the opportunity for permanent employment leading on from longer term roles.
