• Pay: £105 – £131.83

CER is looking to recruit a number of Cover Supervisors to work in local schools in the North East, to manage and supervise students in the classroom when the teacher is absent.

As a Cover Supervisor you must ensure students are working on pre-set tasks, assignments and learning activities as outlined in the lesson plan.

You must also implement the school’s behaviour policy and maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Skills

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students and school staff

Familiarity with the Key Stage curriculum (KS3 and KS4)

Being able to confidently manage behaviour
