Candidate Resourcer / Education Recruitment Consultant (Entry Level)

Newcastle City Centre | Full-Time | £25,000 – £28,500

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading education recruitment team, supporting consultants in sourcing and placing Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, and a wide range of school-based staff across the North East.

No recruitment experience is required-just enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in education and candidate care.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working alongside consultants to resource high-quality education staff
• Advertising roles and attracting suitable candidates
• Building relationships with teachers, support staff, and new applicants
• Screening candidates and supporting the registration process
• Ensuring an excellent candidate experience from start to finish
• Supporting the wider team in a fast-paced recruitment environment

• A proactive, motivated attitude
• Interest in education and working with schools
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop within recruitment

What we offer:

• £25,000 – £28,500 salary (depending on experience)
• Full-time role, Monday to Friday
• Central Newcastle office location
