Pay: £168 – £232 (dependent of experience & role)
CER Education is working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in the Halton to recruit a passionate and dedicated English teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT or experienced teacher looking to make a real impact within a supportive design & technology department.
They are looking for someone who can be dynamic alongside being reflective on their teaching.
The Role:
- Plan & deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 & KS4
- Inspire pupils through literature, language and creative writing
- Assess and track pupils progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status
- Experience teaching English in a UK secondary school
- Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for English
- Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
- A DBS on the update service.
