🌟 Are you a dedicated Teaching Assistant or SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in education?

🌟 CER is excited to be supporting a range of primary schools across Sheffield in recruiting Teaching Assistants (TAs) and SEN Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs) for full-time and part-time positions starting in September 2026. We have a variety of opportunities available across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. Whether you’re experienced in classroom support, one-to-one interventions, or supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), we’d love to hear from you. As a TA or SEN TA, you’ll play a vital role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential in a safe and supportive school environment. 🍎📚✨

🎯 Ideally you will have:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or in a similar role
• Experience supporting children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or communication needs (desired)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Experience delivering one-to-one and small group interventions (desired)
• A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full potential
