From daily cover to short and long-term roles, we’ll connect you with schools that suit your preferences.
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Assist with learning across the primary curriculum
* Help maintain a structured and positive classroom environment
* Adjust quickly to new schools and classroom settings
* Encourage pupils’ progress both academically and personally
* Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or with children in a school setting
* Experience supporting pupils across primary age groups
* A patient, flexible and proactive approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to support positive behaviour and classroom management
* A genuine passion for helping children develop and succeed
