Role – SEN Teacher

Location – Southport, Sefton

Start date – January 2026

Pay – £31,650 – £49,084 ( inclusive of holiday pay )

CER Education are currently recruiting an SEN Teacher for a specialist SEN School in Sefton. The school provide both care and education services to children and young people with moderate to severe learning difficulties aged 5-19 years old.

The school are looking to recruit a qualified teacher who has had previous experience working with moderate to severe learning difficulties or has expeirence working within a SEND setting.

The role is to start in Jnauary 2026 ( after successful interview process ) and will continue until July 2026.

You will have the following experience :

• A relevent degree level Teaching qualification and experience in a school – Primary, Secondary or SEND School
• Hold QTS and experience in SEN/ Mainstream education
• Experience of working in a SEN school with children who have learning difficulties and can display severe challenging behaviour is desirable
• Enhanced DBS or a willingness to obtain one
