We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work within these schools either on a long or short term basis depending on your preference. We have both full and part time roles available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage & Inspire: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging learning activities for individuals, small groups, or whole classes.
  • Support & Develop: Assist teachers in delivering the curriculum and developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor & Assess: Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers, students, and parents.
  • Behaviour Management: Foster a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and development activities.

Requirements:

  • HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a primary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and enhancing their educational experience.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
