• Job Role: Learning Support Assistant / SEND Teaching Assistant
• Location: South Shields
• Pay: £83.33 – £96.72 per day

CER is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work in an SEND student in a mainstream primary school in South Shields.

Whilst a teaching assistant isn’t essential, experience working with children with additional needs is required as you must have the ability to build a rapport with students quickly.

The role is initially temporary but has the potential to go permanent for the correct applicant.

The school, based in South Shields, is a mainstream Primary looking for a 1:1 support for a Year 1 student with SEND additional needs. The ideal caniddate will be nurturing but firm. Have experience with working with children with complex needs.

The role is to start on Monday 2nd September, full time.
