Music Teacher

CER are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed teacher of Music to join a dedicated and supportive team of staff in the Wallasey and Birkenhead area. You will teach Music in a range of contexts, classes and years, including examination groups up to A Level.

The right candidate will be expected to have a commitment to raising standards and demonstrate a passion for the subject. You will work collaboratively with the department and other teaching professionals in ensuring that all students have every opportunity to reach their full potential and achieve at their highest level. Full time table with free lessons to plan ahead, mark work and support other departments

A working knowledge of music technology /recording would be advantageous.

Essential Criteria

  • Evidence of QTS
  • Education reference
  • Able to pass an enhanced DBS

This school offers a caring and safe environment for all students and staff.

The school is within a 10 minute walk of the nearest station and has onsite parking for all staff.

The hours are Monday- Friday 8.15am- 3.30pm term time
