Teaching Assistant

CER can provide you with cover supervisor opportunities in several of our client secondary schools across the Luton area with immediate start.

Role responsibilities:

• Follow planned material to teach engaging lessons
• Support pupils in a variety of subject areas
• Feedback and report concern or behavioural issues within the School day
• Follow the behaviours policy and report any safeguarding issues to a senior member of staff
• Liaise with other staff and teaching assistants supporting the class
• Support pupils within questions or queries about their educational tasks
• Support the school with lunch time or break duties

Requirements:

• Former experience working with you people in any capacity such as sports coaching, youth work, care work, children clubs etc
• A passion for Education and changing the lives of young people
• Flexible work schedule, available for a minimum of 2 days a week
• Good communication skills and confidence to lead a class of secondary aged pupils
