We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher with a passion for English to join one of our client’s vibrant Primary Schools in Doncaster.

As a key member of their teaching team, you will inspire young learners, help them develop a love for reading and writing, and foster their confidence in English. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that support our pupils in reaching their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver inspiring and effective lessons for Year 3 pupils, with a focus on English.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love of learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing tailored support to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement the English curriculum, ensuring it is creative, challenging, and inclusive.
• Promote positive behaviour management and a growth mindset in the classroom.
• Engage with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be a qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
• Have a specialism or deep passion for English, with experience in teaching English across primary school levels.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the national curriculum and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Be committed to creating an inclusive, stimulating, and safe learning environment.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be proactive, creative, and dedicated to developing each child’s academic and personal growth.
