Position Overview: We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistants to join our supply agency, working across both primary and secondary school settings in Doncaster. Whether you are seeking full-time or part-time employment, we have flexible opportunities that can fit your schedule. The ability to drive is essential, as you may be required to travel between different school sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to teachers, helping to create an engaging and positive learning environment.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of lessons, adapting to the needs of individual students.
• Support students with their learning and development, both individually and in small groups.
• Manage classroom behaviour and promote a safe and inclusive atmosphere.
• Help with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
• Assist with administrative tasks and record-keeping as needed.
• Travel between different school sites as required, ensuring a flexible and responsive approach to school needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and student needs.
• A genuine interest in supporting students’ learning and development.
• Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for travel between school sites.
• Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (A-C grade) or equivalent; further qualifications in education are advantageous.
