CER is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant in the Knowsley area to support the primary education of children on a long-term basis. Our client requires somebody that can immerse themselves in the school community and ethos, whilst ensuring a delivery of passion and excellence in teaching and learning within the school.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supporting the teaching staff to implement the KS1 curriculum by providing booster and intervention sessions to raise standards within the classroom
• Working with a child’s strengths and weaknesses to support their development and progress
• Being able to build a good rapport with teachers and children alike
• Helping to create a stimulating and motivating environment for children

Requirements:

• Childcare Qualification (Minimum of Level 2 )
• Relevant experience of working with children
