Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: Halewood, Knowsley

Start Date: September 2025 – July 2026

Pay – £445 to £530 ( weekly )

CER Education is supporting a 3 form entry Primary school in Halewood, Knowsley in recruiting a FULL TIME Teaching Assistant to work in Early Years.

This role will start in September and will run potentially for the full academic year to July 2026 . You will be supporting across the Foundation Stage and on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with SEND needs.

What you’ll need

• Teaching Assistant qualification with classroom based experience in Early Years
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work independantly and as part of a team
• To support the class teacher and work on a 1:1 basis with pupils with SEND needs
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
