Role Overview: As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering high-quality education, assisting with lesson planning and implementation, and fostering an inclusive and engaging classroom atmosphere. You will work closely with students to support their individual learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities.
• Support students with their learning, both individually and in groups.
• Monitor and record students’ progress and behaviour.
• Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to school initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient and compassionate approach to supporting students.
