CER Education are recruiting a Teacher of Sociology to work at a Liverpool Secondary School. This role starts in September 2025 and will run for the full academic year. This is an OFSTED rated “Good “school.

You will be a qualified teacher of Sociology and have experience of delivering the curriculum to KS4.

What you’ll need

• QTS or PGCE
• Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum and classroom based experience
• Experience of delivering Sociology to KS4
• Ability to inspire and motivate pupils
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
