One of our partnered Secondary Schools based in Wakefield is looking to appoint a Teacher of Performing Arts to add to their already excellent department. The role is essentially full-time but this can be reviewed to part-time for the right Teacher – and is to predominantly to teach a Key Stage 3 and 4 curriculum. The school is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and is on track for reaching ‘Outstanding’.

• Experience working in a Performing Arts role working with children in an educational environment specifically teaching. Teaching BTEC would be an added bonus!
• Obtained QTS (Qualified Teaching Status) or PGCE certification.
• Experience in a 1:1 basis or in a classroom setting.
• DBS Certification (or in the process of obtaining certification)
• Have a passion for supporting children in the learning sector
