CER are currently working with a Secondary School in the Wirral area who are seeking a qualified and experienced Teacher of Female P.E on a full time basis to start in Septemer 2024.

Our client is dedicated to providing a high-quality education that is both challenging and nurturing and covers ages 11 through to 18.

The Teacher will support teaching across key stages 3, 4 and 5. They will have good IT skills, to help document practical examination assessments, preparing lesson materials and supporting teaching staff.

You must be able to teach and coach a range of sports and physical activities to pupils of different ages and abilities, manage class behaviour, motivate and encourage all pupils to take part.

Work with learning support assistants to help pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.

The successful applicant must be someone who values working as part of a team ensuring the highest possible standards of achievement and attainment.

Requirements:

  • UK qualified teaching status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student progress and well-being

Hours- Term time Monday- Friday 8.30am-3.30pm

Location- Easily central location, accessible via all public transport links with onsite staff parking
