Role Responsibilities as a Supply Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups.

• Follow school policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of lessons in the absence of regular classroom teachers.
• Provide feedback to students and support their academic progress during your tenure.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ideally you will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification. However a teaching qualification isn’t essential but you MUST have experience working with young people.
• Experience working in secondary education settings is preferred but not essential.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments and cover various subjects.
• A passion for education and a commitment to supporting student learning and development.
