Role : Sports Coach

Location, Primary School – Huyton

FULL TIME – must have relevant Sports Coach experience

CER Education are recruiting a qualified School Sports Coach for a Primary School in Dovecot, Huyton area.

About the role:

The role is full time, Monday to Friday, starting at 8 am. You will be required to assist with extra curricular clubs on 3 days a week working until 4.30 pm ( Tues/ Wed/Thur ). Monday and Friday the day will finish at 4 pm.

You will be responsible for providing sports lessons for whole classes ( Reception – Year 6 ) and support the school in attending sporting events. You will be required to know the national requirements for PE and be able to monitor and assess the progress of pupils in accordance with school perocedure.

You will be required to :

• Inspire young minds to look after their health & wellbeing
• Teach young children the value of teamwork & inclusion
• Assist pupils to foster healthy competition & boundaries
• Use your skills & passion to positively impact the next generation

This role is to start in September 2025 and will run for the academic year, until July 2026

You will be required to hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be in a position to apply for one.
