SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant

• Job Role: HLTA
• Location: Ashington
• Pay: £100 – £125 per day
• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 15:30

CER is looking for a HLTA or Early Careers Teacher with either experience or a willingness to work with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to work at a school in Ashington. The role is initially temporary but has the potential to go permanent for the correct applicant.

The successful applicant will be comfortable working with children of both primary and secondary age ranges and will be expected to cover between various different groups whilst working with children with a variety of additional needs.

The school is an alternative provision for students with special educational needs, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), social, emotional and mental health (SEMH).
