CER Education is currently seeking flexible and reliable Cover supervisors to work in the Wirral area for the secondary schools. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is looking to expand on their teaching career but also who is passionate about education.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced cover supervisor, teaching assistant, higher level teaching assistant (HLTA).

The Role:

  • Supervise lessons across KS3 & KS4 during staff absences.
  • Ensure students remain on task and to follow the lesson provided.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school polices

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with secondary school – aged pupils
  • Confidence managing a classroom independently
  • Strongly communication and behaviour management skills
  • A professional, reliable and adaptable approach
