Are you an experienced school administrator looking for temporary full time role to start in September ?
CER Education are currently looking for an experienced Administrator with previous school based experience to join an experienced School Administration Team at a Secondary School, in Liverpool.
This role is full time, and to start September 2024.
Duties will include :
– To provide an efficient and high quality administrative support to all staff and students
– To be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children
– Typing of letters, minutes, forms, reports
– Using publisher to create the school newsletter
– Covering front of desk and dealing with queries from parents and visitors
– Using SIMS to update student data and attendance – experience essential.
You will be professional, hard working and efficient. Have an excellent level of customer service, have an excellent telephone manner and be willing to use your initiative and work independantly. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors and parents coming into the school.
