Qualified Teaching Assistant

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Teaching Assistants to join our team and support in Schools across South Yorkshire. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and education of young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and educational activities.
• Support the individual needs of children, ensuring they receive personalized attention.
• Help maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Collaborate with nursery staff to create a positive and supportive atmosphere.
• Monitor and record children’s progress and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.

Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Previous experience working in a early years or Primary setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
