Teaching Assistant needed for Primary School in Doncaster!

Teaching Assistant require for local primary school within the Doncaster area. We are seeking an individual who has high aspirations for working with children from the ages of EYFS-KS2. The school believes in always putting the students at the forefront of everything they do. They are seeking someone who is willing, committed and passionate about learning. The school are seeking a teaching assistant who wants to make a difference and take the role in their stride. Additional skills such as phonics and mathematics would be beneficial, along with some experience within the SEN Field. Holding a UK license is essential as you may be required to travel to different sites within the school trust. The role is from January 2024 until the summer of 2024. Teaching Assistants will be responsible for providing one-to-one support, assisting them both in and out of the classroom. You may also be expected to lead small groups of children who require additional support.

Experience supporting children with SEN is advantageous.

In order to be successful for this position you must:

• Have excellent classroom management skills
• Good subject and curriculum knowledge
• Recent experience supporting children, which can be referenced
