CER Education are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Primary Teacher to join one of our welcoming partner primary schools in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate KS2 teacher who can deliver engaging lessons, build positive relationships with pupils and contribute to a supportive school community.

About the Role

As the Year 3 Teacher, you will take responsibility for planning and delivering creative, well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum. You will support pupils as they continue to develop confidence, independence and key learning skills across lower Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for a Year 3 class.
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, parents and carers to support pupil development.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement and personal growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school, ideally within KS2.
• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective classroom practice.
• Excellent communication, organisation and behaviour management skills.
• A nurturing, proactive and flexible approach to teaching.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
