Job Title: Teacher of Maths

Location: Liverpool

Start Date: January 2026

Pay £31650 – £49,084 per annum ( inclusive of holiday pay )

CER Education is working with a popular, oversubscribed secondary school in Liverpool to recruit a dedicated Maths Teacher.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing department and help students achieve their potential. You will be responsible for supporting students from Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4/ 5, equipping them with the confidence in Mathematics through to A’level.

The role is to start in January 2026 and will continue until July 2026.

What you’ll need

• QTS or PGCE in Mathematics
• Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 Maths
• Ability to inspire and motivate pupils
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
