Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN).
• Monitor and record student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working in a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
