Looking to support students with SEN?

CER is working with schools across London to recruit a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and working closely within a classroom team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Implement structured support strategies to aid learning and development
• Work collaboratively as part of a wider support team

What we’re looking for

✅ Experience working with SEN students
✅ Team Teach training (essential)
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ Patient, adaptable, and supportive approach
