CER Education are seeking to appoint a learning support assistant to join our successful supply team and to work in the Liverpool area.
As a learning support assistant, and working in education, you’ll want to be part of caring, encouraging and nurturing environment that helps every child succeed and be the best they can be.
We understand the challenges that come with being a learning supposrt assistant, and that’s why you’ll have a dedicated consultant 24/7 to support you throughout your career with CER as well as continuous CPD such as safeguarding amongst others. Working in education means there are constantly changes and lots of developments, and whilst the industry is developing, we’ll help you develop too!
To be considered for the position of a learning support assistant you must:
Have experience working with young people in an education environment
Have a graduate degree or equivalent qualification
Apply the school’s behaviour management policy and report any difficulties to the class teacher/head teacher
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team
