Learning Support Assistant

College Learning Support Assistant | North West London | Full Academic Year

CER are working in partnership with a college with a Special Needs Department in North West London who are seeking a number of Learning Support Assistants to support students with a range of learning disabilities and difficulties starting 1st December 2025.

If you are interested, please apply as soon as possible as CER will complete vetting checks and will set up interviews in the next 2 weeks.

Please apply if you have the following:

• GCSEs in English and Maths or level 2 equivalent
• Experience supporting learners with Learning Difficulties including Autism, SEMH, and Behaviour needs, Severe Learning Difficulties
• Experience supporting young adults in an education setting
• A valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
