CER are seeking a Level 3 Learning Support Assistant to join one of our partnership Multi-Academy Trusts within a main school in Rotherham. As part of a large multi-academy trust, you will play a crucial role in providing support to children, helping them achieve their full potential. The role is to begin ASAP and you will be based at one main school within the trust. Due to the nature of the role. You may be asked to visit different settings so having your own transport is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students across all year groups.
• Assist in the delivery of educational programs and activities.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
• Adapt to the varying needs of students and provide one-on-one support when necessary.
• Support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is required.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different school environments.
• A valid driver’s license is essential, as you may be required to support in other schools within the trust.
• You will be based at a main school but may be asked to travel to different settings, so having your own transport is an advantage.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
