Lead Practitioner – Teacher of Maths

Are you a passionate mathematician who can coach and motivate colleagues looking for the next step in your career? CER are currently recruiting on behalf of a Secondary School based in Wakefield for a full time lead practitioner – Teacher of Maths. This is a full-time position with a September start predominantly to teach a Key Stage 3 and 4 curriculum as well as leading a team of colleagues to reach their individual and collective targets.

The initial vacancy is for a permanent contract, but temporary contracts will be considered for the right applicant.

We want to hear from you if you have:

• A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
• A track record in delivering outstanding lessons that engage pupils.
• The ability to teach Mathematics up to GCSE standard.
• A strong drive to inspire a love of learning.
• Amazing motivational skills to drive a team of colleagues to achieve personal targets
