Job Title: HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)

Location: Crosby, Sefton

Salary: £100 – £120 per day (inclusive of holiday pay and dependant on experience and qualification )

Contract Type: Temporary, Full-Time, Long-term

Start Date: ASAP

CER Education are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support teaching and learning across Key stages 1 and 2 in a vibrant primary school in the Crosby area of Sefton. This is a rewarding role for someone confident in leading classes and delivering pre-planned lessons.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Support small group interventions and targeted learning activities
• Provide feedback on pupil progress and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with staff to raise achievement across the school

Requirements:

• HLTA status or equivalent experience
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet pupil needs
• A professional, reliable and proactive approach
