Location: Doncaster
Contract Type: SFull-time supply contract, ASAP Start until Summer Term
Salary: £130 – £210 per day

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated History Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Doncaster on a supply contract. The role will commence as soon as possible and run through until the Summer Term, offering an exciting opportunity for both experienced and newly qualified teachers to make a positive impact on students’ learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality History lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and 4.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all students’ progress.
• Assess and monitor students’ work, providing constructive feedback to encourage development.
• Collaborate with the wider teaching team to ensure the curriculum is delivered effectively.
• Uphold the school’s values and contribute to extra-curricular activities when required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A strong passion for History and the ability to inspire students.
• Experience teaching History at secondary level is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to engage with and manage students in a classroom setting.
