⭐ About the Role
As an HLTA working with CER Education, you will:
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Lead small intervention groups to support progress
- Provide tailored support to pupils with varying needs
- Maintain a positive learning environment and support behaviour management
- Adapt quickly to new school settings and routines

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience
To join us as an HLTA, you must have:
✔️ Recognised HLTA Status (Level 4 or equivalent)
Such as:
- Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification
- Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training
- Official HLTA assessment status
✔️ Proven experience within a UK school setting
✔️ Strong understanding of safeguarding practices
✔️ Confidence delivering whole‑class learning
✔️ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
